Whether you own your own building or are a tenant in an existing building, benchmarking will help you identify opportunities for cost savings in your restaurant through energy- and water-saving measures.

Rebecca Sappenfield, LEED AP O+M, is an associate manager for advisory services in Distributed Energy Resources Programs at the Center for Sustainable Energy. She utilizes her green building expertise in providing benchmarking technical knowledge, support and coaching; informing green building policy research and regulation development; and assisting in developing and administrating local green business networks. Rebecca holds degrees and certificates in integrated science and technology, sustainable environmental resources management and sustainable business practices.
