Speakers

Paul Wingco has over thirty years of combined experience in facility operations and energy management. He currently serves as the Energy and Sustainability Manager for California State University, Long Beach and is actively involved in sustainability policy development and implementation at the university. Paul earned his degree in construction engineering from California State University, Long Beach and has a Masters in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California. Paul is a registered instructor with the Building Operator Certification (BOC) program. He is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers and is a LEED accredited professional with the US Green Building Council.
