  • SDGE Energy Innovation Center, 4760 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92117

Do Zero Net Energy (ZNE) commercial buildings really use zero energy?   Are owners glad they built them?  Do occupants like them?  Behind the goals, the strategies, and the data are the stories.  Using case studies which span from current projects to the earliest ZNE projects in San Diego, this seminar brings to light how decisions were made and the stories behind them.  Learn how successful these buildings have been operating from their first year and up to ten years later.

  • Mostly local ZNE case studies, new construction and major renovations
  • Decision processes
  • Design and construction factors
  • Outcomes and occupant satisfaction
