Speaker

Paul Wingco has over thirty years of experience in facility operations and energy management. His past roles include serving as Energy and Sustainability Manager, Associate Director of Energy and MEP services, and Director of Facilities Management for California State University, Long Beach. Paul earned his Construction Engineering Management degree from California State University, Long Beach, and he has a Master’s in Business Administration from Vanguard University of Southern California. He is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers and a practicing independent Clean Energy and Sustainability consultant.
