This workshop will teach how the Lean-Six Sigma system approach and continuous improvement methodologies in various sectors including industrial, retail and hospitals, can be used to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating and maintenance costs.  Learn how to meet customer expectations and enhance productivity through improved safety and greenhouse gas emission reduction creating a competitive advantage

  • Perform energy audit and measuring energy use 

  • Examine energy use with value stream mapping 

  • Use Lean-Six Sigma tools to find and eliminate energy waste and variation


Dr. Majid Ahmadi has over 27 years of experience with utility energy efficiency, demand-side management, and distributed generation programs, and is the founder of CanTech Energy consulting services. Majid possesses a proven track record in assisting entrepreneurial and established companies in continuous improvement initiatives, business strategy, and measuring and improving the customer experience.
